EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
For purchases made at kunastores.com/argentina/
Kuna Argentina products can be exchanged or returned as long as it is in perfect condition.
In case you have perceived a defect when receiving the product, we ask you to please contact our team as soon as you notice it, sending an email to email@example.com showing through images the detail of the defect to manage the change or return as soon as possible.
Returns may be managed within a period of 30 (thirty) business days from the day the product is dispatched, once this period has expired, the return is impossible.
At the moment of having received and confirmed the perfect condition of the same, we proceed to make the return of the money through payment market or bank transfer. If you have paid with a credit card, you will see the amount credited in your next card closure. The refund of the money will be made within 15 business days once the success of the return of your purchase has been confirmed.

Once you have made the shipment, we need you to inform us clearly and completely to our email firstname.lastname@example.org the following information:
For deliveries in person, you must coordinate the date and time with our Team through the email or telephone number indicated above.
If there is only reason for change, you must wait for your return to be checked by the Kuna Argentina team.
Once the conditions of the piece have been approved, we proceed to indicate the availability of stock for your change.
Once confirmed, the shipment will be sent by UPS or by PUDO in case of being in CABA. If there is a difference in price between pieces, the payment link or the refund of the money will be managed, if any.
In both cases of change and return, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and the new shipment will be subsidized by Kuna Argentina.
