Wholesale pricing is an exclusive advantage for pre-qualified buyers planning to resell Kuna items.
in other markets, online or in stores.
To apply, you must confirm that you own or work in a fashion business. We take into account
in-store sellers as well as online-only sellers, or even if you work in both channels, as long as you have
an established fan base to be eligible for a wholesale account and continue to be a reseller of our items.
Minimum order: US$ 3,500.00
Minimum from the 2nd order: US$ 5,000.00ts, or welcome customers to your store.
KUNA products must maintain their exclusivity, and not be sold or advertised in any market for less than the prices listed on our website.
Discounts or sales campaigns are allowed, as long as they are planned for specific business dates throughout the year. All products and prices are subject to change and seasonal availability.
About our prices
We work with FCA prices, in US dollars. As mentioned above, access to these special prices is only available to pre-qualified buyers who plan to resell Kuna items in other marketplaces, online, or in-store.
KUNA will take care of everything to deliver the order at the requested address. Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
Working with special prices for wholesalers is an advantage for your business. Since this price list is heavily discounted, we do not offer any additional discounts.
All orders must be paid in full in advance prior to shipment. The buyer must cover the expenses from his own bank account. Our payments can be made by bank transfer or VISA credit card (through its virtual platform).
All proofs of payment must be sent to the assigned account executive.
Our main office is located in Arequipa, Peru, from where we ship all our items.
The operator will confirm the quoted shipping costs, based on the volume and weight of your total order.
We offer the best shipping rates through our logistics operators DHL and FEDEX, and for larger volumes with airfares. If you have your own business shipping account, please contact us.
We ship Monday through Friday. In case of a holiday, orders will be shipped before or after that day.
About our packaging
Each Kuna piece is properly packed and labeled with our hang tags. Each product is folded and placed in an individual bag.
Legal policies and copyright
All KUNA items are protected by the brand and must carry the KUNA name. You may not sell our products under any other name, or reproduce our designs.
Consider that you only have 48 hours to cancel your order or make any changes.
Once we notify you that the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it
Once we confirm that your payment has been received, you will be contacted by your assigned account manager. Delivery times may vary depending on the collection and selection of your order.
Reception of the order
Our products go through a quality control process just before being shipped. We expect you to check all shipments immediately upon arrival. You can contact us within 7 days if any items are missing or damaged (send documents and photos of all boxes).
Returns, exchanges or refunds of damaged items will not be considered beyond this period.
Returns are only accepted if the garments have quality problems, which are reviewed and approved by the Kuna quality area.
In the second case, we can offer you an exchange or a credit noted on your next order.
Product images will be provided to promote our products in your store, on social media and online. These photos may not be altered in any way.
